Beloved in Christ,

What is a battle? A battle is a sustained fight between large organized armed forces. Yes, a battle is a fight between two forces.

Everyone comes through different battles in their daily life. Some may be successful in their battle and some may be facing failures in their battle. You may be fighting for your own needs and desires, but today I am encouraging you to fight for the God’s Will. Yes you have to fight for God’s Will in your daily life. If you do not fight the enemy; he would kill you in the battlefield. So rise up and fight him back.

First you need to know your enemy, without knowing your enemy you cannot fight. If you fight with the wrong person your problem is not going to stop. So find out your enemy, who is stopping you from doing God’s Will. Don’t think your friends, colleagues or your relatives as your enemies.  No they are not your enemies. The bible says, the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy (John 10:10).

The thief is satan. He comes only to kill you in the battle, so realize that satan is your enemy. He is the one who is stopping you from doing the God’s Will. So I tell you don’t fight the wrong person, instead fight satan.

Apostle Paul says,

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:7

Beloved if you need to fight a good fight, you have to be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. The bible says (Ephesians 6:10-18)

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.  Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.  For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.  Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.  In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.  Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

The full armor of God will give you the power to stand against satan, so that you can fight a good fight. Also you will be victorious in the battle by defeating satan at your feet.

Beloved it’s time to defeat satan who is standing against you. Be watchful to put on the full armor of God. God will make you successful in all your battles. Amen.

Prayer

Lord, I am failing to do Your will in my daily life. Help me to be successful in the battles that I am facing. Lord, fill me with your power and strength, to rise up and fight back satan. In Jesus name, amen.
